PLEASE NOTE: SHIPPING UPDATE DUE TO COVID 19. AS FROM THE 17TH OF APRIL WE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTING INTERNATIONAL ORDERS AT THIS TIME, Australian customers can still purchase as normal. International customers can still logon and add items to their wishlists or carts for future purchases but you will not be able to complete your orders unfortunately, we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused. This will remain in place until such time that the postal situation improves and we can allow international shipping again.We will remove this message from the website once that happens.

Our postal service is experiencing major delays due to cancelled international flights, normally 2-3 weeks for delivery but that is now currently around 4-6 weeks for delivery and costing much more in postage. We are also receiving an overwhelming amount of orders since Pixelhobby USA shut down last December, much more than our small family business can keep up with. There will be a new US supplier but it will likely not be set up till the virus situation improves. Our stock is also limited and with so many orders it is depleting our stock quickly and there are also shipping delays for receiving stock as well. So sorry everyone, we will be adding many kits to the website over the next few months that are ours and were on the US website but we have not got around to adding them to our website yet, so when we reopen for international customers there will be more available for you too. We provide shipping for our Pixelhobby Kits to anywhere in the world.

To estimate shipping costs, once you add items to your shopping cart, under the cart you will see a table to estimate shipping costs. Just enter your country, state and postcode and it will quote the shipping costs for you. Please note there is an additional low order fee of $5.00 for orders totalling $15.00 or less(before shipping) for our International customers, this is due to the high postage costs still charged on small items.

Kits are posted from Australia within 2-3 business days of the completed order. Please allow up to 5 business days for kits to arrive to a destination in Australia. For international customers please allow 2-3 weeks for kits to arrive. Should there be any delay in this process, for example, if we are waiting for supplies to be shipped, we will advise you by email immediately.

Smaller Kits are sent through Australia post by regular mail, not couriers. If it is a large order we will send the order by registered mail or we may use a courier.

We offer free shipping to orders over $1000.00US. This is a large amount, however if you live internationally and either purchase numerous kits up to this value for yourself or get some friends together to make a bulk purchase, this will mean significant savings for you.

For international customers we have not charged GST or VAT. You may be charged this also as an extra cost to you upon receipt of your goods depending on the laws in your country. We do not pay this amount for you.

Please make sure when you place your order that your email address & postal address are correct at checkout. If you are a regular Paypal user they may not have your current contact details. Should your payment go through and you notice the shipping details are incorrect please contact us immediately.

If you send a personal cheque with a mail order payment, please note we have to wait for this amount to clear in our bank before your order is shipped. Australian cheques take 3 business days to clear, however cheques in other currencies can take around 28 business days to clear so it would be much quicker to post a Bank Cheque in Australian dollars.

Returns Policy: If you make a purchase and decide you no longer wish to proceed with the purchase, before the goods are sent out, then you will be refunded in full. If the goods have already been sent then you will need to return them in full, undamaged, within 30 days of receiving them and you will pay for the return postage. A refund will be issued to you for the purchase, less the cost of postage and handling in sending them to you.
